Pamela Corey has litigated complex commercial and financial matters in the class action, antitrust and derivative and estate/trust fields for over 35 years. Ms. Corey had a primary role in litigations that generated over $1.5 billion in recoveries for investors and consumers defrauded by Fortune 500 companies. Pamela has led litigation teams managing complex and large-scale discovery in class actions involving: securities fraud, financial and accounting fraud, telecommunications, banking and consumer litigation. She has participated in over 30 numerous multidistrict litigations, trials, arbitrations and mediations.
Prior to joining the firm, Pamela served as Senior Counsel at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann, LLP, where as Head of their Settlement Department, she led teams responsible for distributing $11 billion in litigation recoveries. Pamela was also a senior litigator with Kirby McInerney, LLP, a boutique class action litigation firm, where she honed her skills synthesizing large-scale discovery for litigation or strategic purposes in complex commercial and financial matters.
