Andrew (“Andy”) Higgins is The Cicala Law Firm’s on-site IT Manager who provides computer security, networking and infrastructure support. Andy is a UK/EU Citizen with US residence (Green card) with many years of experience in legal, manufacturing, medical, financial and banking industries in the United States, Asia and Europe. He has expert working knowledge of Microsoft and IBM systems architecture and software applications. Andy has a proven history of large-scale secure migrations and integrations, system deployments, demonstrations, technology presentations and proofs of concepts. He is an experienced problem-solver with a deep technical knowledge base. He also has excellent presentation skills developed through briefing executives, technical architects and programmers including excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. He is fluent in English, German and French. Andy has extensive knowledge of Email, Instant Messaging/Unified Communications, Collaboration and Enterprise Content Management systems and a high proficiency in architecture, troubleshooting and installation of IT networks and systems. He also has extensive experience with system integration, coexistence and migration in a multi-vendor environment.
