Laura Enderle - The Cicala Law Firm PLLC

Laura Enderle is a paralegal at The Cicala Law Firm. She supports all CLF attorneys in their active litigation.

Laura has extensive research, data, and policy experience from years of working within federal, state, and local governments. Immediately prior to joining CLF in 2023, Laura worked for five years at the City of Austin, conducting multi-state research to generate policies and analyses. She has conducted performance evaluations of local government investments and initiatives; assessing whether programs achieved the desired impact based on community need, research, and contract requirements.

Laura comes to CLF with a deep understanding of the challenges that local and state agencies face in attempting to deliver necessary services on limited budgets. Laura has extensive experience working across multiple databases and software platforms, as well as and tracking and managing complex data and information.

In addition to her work in government Laura has extensive experience with international and local nonprofits including International Rescue Committee, Oxfam International, Jewish Family & Children’s Services of Greater Boston, and Seattle Specialized Residential Support. At Oxfam Laura was integral in securing funding by developing the plan and design of the WISE women’s entrepreneur program.

Education

Laura graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a BA in Psychology and a BS Social Work. She obtained her Master of Social Work from Boston College with a macro specialization in social innovation and leadership.
